The line up is 2 trumpets 2 trombones 4 saxes, piano, bass, drums and singer/s, which proves to be more flexible with regards to staging.
This band is only available for private hire and the size is perfect for private functions and smaller venues, especially for weddings.
As with the full band, we remain non-profit making and support local charities and worthwhile causes.
The Henley Farrell Small Big Band provides the Big Band sound ideal for Weddings, Conferences, 40's Theme Nights etc. The Small Big Band performs the music that you would expect from the main band but with a reduced number of musicians. This includes songs from big band favourites such as Basie, Sinatra, Ellington, Ella and many more. The musical integrity is maintained due to quality of musicianship.
As an alternative we also offer The Small Big Band.
